I enjoy sharing this knowledge with members and helping them to create healthy, sustainable habits to help them to have a healthy body and mind. I am a qualified PT and Biomechanics Coach. When you meet me expect energy, optimism, laughter and a challenging programme suited to your goals. If you are a new member please come and introduce yourself as I pride myself on getting to know you all.
