Hello, I’m Tim and over the last 15 years I have been on a fitness journey which has taken me from morbid obesity to my current role as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have personal experience of the physical and mental challenges of exercising with a range of health conditions, meaning my approach to exercise is considerate of the individual. My overriding philosophy is that exercise should be safe, inclusive and above all fun. I have been a member of several gyms which has given me experience training both on my own as well as with the assistance of gym instructors and personal trainers. I draw on this together with my formal training to create a tailored approach which will assist you in achieving your fitness goals.
